President | manages corporate sponsorships and oversees the entire operation

Director of Business |  coordinates scholarships, all banquets related to the race, and VIP relations

Director(s) of Race | monitors kart registration, technical inspections, practice sessions and the main event

Director of Facilities | responsible for the maintenance and setup of the track

Director of Sales | responsible for ad sales, ticket sales, program sales, apparel, concessions, and local sponsors

Director(s) of Productions | manages the Grand Prix Souvenir Program and photography of all Grand Prix events

Director of Promotions | promotes Grand Prix through all media – All media inquiries should be directed here

Director of Scoring | regulates the qualifications process, and is responsible for official scoring of the main event

Director of Special Events | supervises Grand Prix Day, the Grand Prix Parade, and other outreach events

Faculty Advisor | advises board members, liaison to Purdue University
